Dott. Massimo Togno

Born in Milan on 24 April 1963, he graduated in Business Economics at Università Luigi Bocconi, Milan, in 1989.
He enrolled with the Milan Register of Accountants and Auditors in 1994 and the Register of Chartered Auditors in 1999.
He worked as an auditor at the audit firm Hodgson Landau Brands, Milan, and at George Funaro & Co., New York, in the United States.
He began his career in 1989 at Zanchi&Associati, where he became a partner in 1999.
He provides corporate and fiscal consulting for enterprises in the industrial and real estate sectors and advises on extraordinary operations such as mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
Over the years he has had extensive experience of family asset planning and management (fiscal, financial and administrative), also in the capacity of trustee.
He is currently a statutory auditor for a number of primary companies in the industrial, real estate and financial sectors, and is chairman of the statutory auditors of Automobile Club di Milano.

Dott. Michele Togno

Born in Milan on 17 June 1969, he graduated in Business Economics at Università degli Studi, Pavia, in 1996.
He enrolled with the Milan Register of Accountants and Auditors in 2001 and the Register of Chartered Auditors in 2002.
He did his articles (3 years) at “Studio Benatti” in Milan.
He has accumulated significant experience in the field of corporate and tax consulting, specializing in the set up of Italian branches of foreign companies and their relationships with local tax authorities and relative reporting.
He has consolidated experience of extraordinary operations, including acquisitions, restructuring and business concentrations, and of incorporation and assistance for innovative start–ups in the e-commerce sector.
He is currently a statutory auditor for various major companies in the industrial, real estate and financial sectors, including Adecco Italia S.p.a., a temporary staffing provider.

Dott.ssa Elena Zanoni

Born in Milan on 8 July 1971, she graduated in Economics and Commerce at Università Bocconi, Milan, in 1997.
She enrolled with the Milan Register of Accountants and Auditors in 2001 and the Register of Chartered Auditors in 2002.
She works with the Court of Milan in various capacities.
She joined Zanchi & Associati in 1999 and became a partner in 2004.
She provides corporate and tax consulting for small and medium size enterprises, specializing in extraordinary operations, such as mergers, demergers, liquidations, acquisitions and disposals of companies and equity investments, and in the appraisal of investments and businesses.
She also provides consulting for professionals, no-profit organizations and sole proprietorships.
Over the years she has gained experience in family asset planning and management (including donations, successions, setting up of trusts).
She also has significant experience of debt restructuring operations and crisis management, having drafted restructuring reports (under art. 182 bis, bankruptcy law) and plans for composition with creditors.

Dott.ssa Silvia Telloni

Born in Tradate (Varese) on 8 September 1978, she graduated in Business Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, in 2002.
She enrolled with the Milan Register of Accountants and Auditors in 2006 and the Register of Chartered Auditors in 2007.
She did her articles (3 years) at “Farinella Studio Associato” in Milan.
Her career has focussed mainly on corporate and fiscal consulting for small and medium size enterprises in the areas of both routine management and extraordinary operations, such as acquisitions and disposals of companies and equity investments, mergers and corporate reorganizations.

Dott. Enrico Zanfagna

Born in Milan on 7 January 1971, he graduated in Economics and Commerce at Università Cattolica, Milan, in 1998.
He enrolled with the Milan Register of Accountants and Auditors and the Register of Chartered Auditors in 2003.
He is also on the Court of Milan Register of Technical Consultants.
He was previously an auditor at the firm of Grant Thornton Spa.
He provides corporate and tax consulting for small and medium size enterprises.
He specializes in indirect taxation and in VAT in EU and non-EU business in particular.
Over the years he has developed significant experience in tax litigation, in both the out-of-court phase and in the tax courts.
He also provides support for foreign enterprises in their relationships with the Italian tax authorities (appointment of tax representative in Italy, application for tax code, attribution of VAT number, drafting of income tax and VAT returns).
He is a director and statutory auditor of various companies in the industrial, real estate and commercial sectors.

Dott. Piero Lorenzo Zanchi

Born in Milan on 14 July 1954, he graduated in Economics and Commerce at Università Luigi Bocconi, Milan, in 1980.
He enrolled with the Milan Register of Accountants and Auditors in 1982 and the Register of Chartered Auditors in 1995.
He is a specialist in extraordinary finance operations, providing consulting and assistance in the development of companies’ business, and in crisis recovery.
He provides consulting for companies in the nautical sector, professional football and motorsports and also has family office experience in the area of investments, both in Italy and abroad.
A director of major companies, he has been chairman of Automobile Club di Milano and of Sias SpA, company that operates Autodromo Nazionale di Monza.

Dott. Raffaele di Clemente - Employee

Born in Bologna on 22 August 1969, he graduated in Economics and Commerce at Università degli Studi di Pavia in 1997.
He enrolled with the Milan Register of Accountants and Auditors in 2002, the year he joined Zanchi & Associati.
He was entered in the Register of Auditors in 2003.
A specialist in corporate and tax consulting, he has developed considerable experience in tax courts and in the settlement of disputes involving financial authorities.
He is an auxiliary at the Court of Milan in the capacity of judicial sale commissioner and custodian.
He is a liquidator for various companies.

Dott.ssa Valeria Cicala - Employee

Born in Caserta on 3 March 1969, she graduated in Economics and Commerce at Pavia University in 1994.
She enrolled with the Milan Register of Accountants and Auditors in 1999 and the Register of Chartered Auditors.
She joined Zanchi & Associati during the year 2017.
She provides corporate and tax consulting for different kind of customers: companies, professionals, no-profit organizations, proprietorships, subsidiaries of companies and foreign banks. Specialized in due diligence finalized to acquisitions of companies and extraordinary operations such as mergers, demergers and liquidations.
Direct and indirect tax expert of real estate and management of real estate companies.

Dott.ssa Roberta Colombo - Employee

Born in Gallarate on 8 July 1968, she graduated in law at University of Studies, Milan, in 1993.
She enrolled with the Busto Arsizio Register of Accountants and Auditors in 1997, with the Register of Chartered Auditors in 1999 and with the Register of technical consultants of the judge at the court since 2010.
